有效治理耕地撂荒是提升土地资源利用效率、保障粮食安全的基本前提。基于甘肃省 223份调研数据，运用 Probit模型、中介机制检验方法，从理论和实证考察了新型农业经营主体对农户耕地撂荒行为的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明，新型农业经营主体的存在显著降低了耕地撂荒概率，达到 83.56%；新型农业经营主体通过提高农业生产效率、规模经营、技术创新和土地流转，优化了土地资源配置，提升了农业产业效益和农民收入。应大力培育和发展新型农业经营主体，加快土地流转，提升农业机械化水平和增加农业收益，以此来减少耕地撂荒。

Effective governance of farmland abandonment is a fundamental prerequisite for improving the utilization efficiencyof land resources and ensuring food security. Based on survey data from 223 households in Gansu Province, this paper empirically ex.amines the impact of new agricultural business entities on farmers' farmland abandonment behavior and its underlying mechanisms byemploying a Probit model and a mediation effect testing approach. Results indicate that new agricultural business entities can signifi.cantly reduce the likelihood of farmland abandonment by by 83.56%. By improving agricultural production efficiency, promoting scaleoperation, facilitating technological innovation, and accelerating land transfer, new agricultural business entities optimize the alloca.tion of land resources and enhanced agricultural industrial benefits and farmers'income. Therefore, efforts should be made to vigorous.ly cultivate and develop new agricultural business entities, accelerate land transfer, improve the level of agricultural mechanization,and increase agricultural returns, thereby reducing farmland abandonment.
