人参果是甘肃河西走廊地区设施农业中重要的特色茄科作物，其中民勤、玉门、天祝等地为优势产区。近年来，随着设施栽培规模扩大和连作年限增加，带毒种苗循环利用、棚室高湿弱光、土壤病原积累及根系障碍等问题逐渐显现，导致病毒病、真菌病、虫害、细菌性病害、根结线虫土传复合风险及非侵染性生理障碍等问题交织发生。现从人参果常见病毒病、细菌性病害、真菌性病害、虫害、畸形病与生理性病害等方面梳理了目前甘肃人参果主要病虫害的危害症状、发生原因、传播途径和防控措施，对人参果根结线虫病及甘肃土传病害复合风险进行了分析，并总结提出了以健康种苗、棚室生态调控、土壤健康管理、虫媒阻断和全生育期病虫害监测为核心的甘肃产区综合防控技术路线，以期为甘肃及类似生态区人参果绿色高效生产提供理论依据和实践参考。

Pepino is an important specialty Solanaceous crop cultivated under protected agriculture in the Hexi Corridor re.gion of Gansu Province, China, with Minqin City, Yumen City, and Tianzhu County serving as the major production areas. In recentyears, with the expansion of protected cultivation and the prolongation of continuous cropping, issues such as the repeated use of virus-infected seedlings, high humidity and low light intensity in greenhouses, accumulation of soil-borne pathogens, and root-zone disor.ders have become increasingly prominent. Consequently, viral diseases, fungal diseases, insect pests, bacterial diseases, root-knotnematode-associated soil-borne disease complexes, and non-infectious physiological disorders have occurred simultaneously and in.teracted with one another. This review systematically summarizes the symptom characteristics, causes of occurrence, transmission path.ways, and control measures of the major diseases and insect pests affecting pepino in Gansu Province, including common viral diseas.es, bacterial diseases, fungal diseases, insect pests, malformation disease, and physiological disorders. It also analyzes root-knot nema.tode diseases in pepino and the compound risk of soil-borne diseases in Gansu, and proposes an integrated management strategy forGansu production areas centered on healthy seedlings, greenhouse ecological regulation, soil health management, vector control, andwhole-growth-period monitoring. The aim of this review is to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the green, efficientproduction of pepino in Gansu Province and other regions with similar ecological conditions.
